Alexander Hernandez, Esquire, has been a practicing attorney since 1990. He has been a resident of Florida since 1980. He is admitted in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Born in Havana, Cuba in February, 1965, he attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice / Sociology in May, 1984. Mr. Hernandez went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, in Gulfport, Florida, in December, 1989.

He has successfully handled and/or tried numerous Personal Injury cases including, Auto Accidents, Slip and Falls (against Defendants like Wal-Mart, Sonny's, etc.), Nursing Home Negligence, Medical Malpractice (against Defendants like local hospitals, etc.), Products Liability (against Defendants like Daimler Chrysler, etc.), Wrongful Death, and many others. For over seven years, Mr. Hernandez was the attorney responsible for defending all liability claims brought against the District School Board of Pasco County.

He is fluent in Spanish and was on the list of Court-approved translators in Sarasota County. Mr. Hernandez has been representing primarily victims of automobile accidents since 1990 in the tri-county area of Pasco/Pinellas/Hillsborough. His clientele base, however, extends from Pasco County to Sarasota County and everywhere in-between.
