John S. Simms, Esquire has been a practicing attorney in the State of Florida since 1991. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Military Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Simms is a Pinellas County native whose areas of practice include civil litigation, class actions, commercial and corporate litigation, consumer and contract matters and appellate and family law. While in law school, Mr. Simms received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the field of commercial paper and has lectured at various Fathers Rights Organizations. Mr. Simms has served on the Town of Belleair's Planning and Zoning Board and Building Board of Adjustment and Appeal. His hourly rate is presently $250.00 for most matters.
